Marshall Mermell is president of MKTworks, Inc., a full-service advertising and marketing firm. Also referred to as Marketing Works, the company specializes in innovation marketing. Mermell initiated one of the first applications of 1:1 marketing in the medical device manufacturing sector and is a pioneer in the discipline of risk-managed marketing. His experience includes direct response marketing, project management, public relations, marketing research and measurement analysis. Since the early 80’s he has led strategic marketing campaigns for a diverse group of clients, including those in the high technology service and manufacturing sectors, financial and healthcare industries, and nonprofit organizations. Mermell has served on the advisory board of the VUE/POINT Conference® and is currently on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the Association of Graphic Communications (AGC). He holds an MBA in marketing management and in the late 70s served as a student adjunct in the Wharton-Recanati Program. Peter Winters is President of Winters Group & Associates, LLC. He is a 20-year veteran of the graphic communications industry, with experience in direct sales, business management, and business ownership. Winters co-founded a web development group, and was an early pioneer in e-commerce technologies for commercial printing, installing numerous client sites employing a variety of web-to-print applications. At present, his company assists mid to large sized commercial printers with gaining a clearer understanding of the value of content management and supply chain logistics for their clientele. This includes the details of the consultative sales approach, the client benefits, and how this process is best implemented for long-term client relationships. Kevin Shulman is President of Shulman & Associates. Since 1991, Shulman has been an affiliate of the Sandler Sales Institute and has been training business owners, sales managers, and sales people full time to help them grow their business and reach their full potential. Reknown for providing his clients the individual coaching they need, he is also frequently asked to help develop the skills of other trainers across the country and around the world. He has trained in venues as diverse as Las Vegas and Madison Square Garden. Shulman's undergraduate work was completed at the University of California, followed by graduate studies at Wayne State University. In the seventies, he taught undergraduate psychology in Michigan. From the late seventies through the eighties he owned and operated a sales company taking it from zero to $20 million in sales.

Harvey Hirsch is President of Digital Dimensions 3, Inc., a direct response marketing service bureau. Hirsch developed a revolutionary system for merging data to personalize and produce three dimensional paper products on-demand. He received his first US Patent and in 2003. Hirsch started Pop 'N' Fold Papers, Inc. and developed and tested over 40 products, breaking response records in each industry he entered. In 2004, one of his products was awarded a Technical Excellence Award from the Association of Graphic Communications (AGC), in New York. This piece also received the prestigious Leo Award named after Leo Joachim of Printing News fame. He teaches in the direct marketing program for AGC.
